Established in 2016 in Singapore’s Central Business District, Alchemist began as a humble coffee bar built on three pillars: Coffee. People. Spaces.
What started as a minimalist bar at International Plaza laid the foundation for a direct, straightforward approach to quality coffee, grounded in green coffee buying, in-house roasting, and strict quality control.
Today, we remain 100% baristas, committed to creating growth and opportunity through the daily craft of transforming bean to cup. Our spaces, each shaped by their surroundings and architectural context, are designed to be distinct yet familiar: open, considered environments with no barriers between baristas and guests. With exceptional coffee and a passionate team, our purpose remains simple: making quality coffee approachable and accessible to all.
